Yummpin Yimminy

Austyn's back doing her cheerleading. They took a break from competition but not practicing for a few weeks. We had a competition in Williamsburg, VA at the beginning of our spring break. She is doing her back handspring in the routine now, which makes her nervous but excited at the same time. she's afraid she's going to spring into someone behind her. We are obviously very proud of her. I wish i could do that.

This video is from practice. She does it right at the beginning. She's in the back row, kinda center of the screen. We haven't gotten a small video of her that has her back handspring from the actual competition, where they are all dressed up, but we are working on it.

There we go. For some reason it wouldn't let me type under her video, but now i can, so i am going to, even though i really have nothing to say. One of my favorite words is trail. I see that word and it makes me very happy. Hike is another good one. If i catch a glimpse of either word, i'm all "ooo, what's this now?". Yeah, i'm a dork.

Austyn follows in Dad's footprints, but where's the speedo?

No clue why it's sideways, but here is one of the highlights of Austyn's swim season. A first place in the 50 Free, which is what her dad used to swim in High School back at old Wheatland Chili Central, home of the Scotsmen. Go team! Rah Rah. I never was good a the cheering. That was Auntie Jen's game. I hope you don't get a kink in your neck from watching it. Enjoy. And yes, She did come in first!

What is that boy doing? AFHV here we come!

We apologize to all friends and family for not posting any vacation photos yet. We've been back at school for two weeks or so and by the time we get back, deal with Cheerleading practices, get dinner for two ravenous kids and get said kids to bed, We're just pooped and haven't had any energy for any blogging. Life in the new millennium I suppose. Boo Hoo Hoo, we are too tired to blog...... Plus, the boy is just too fast. we can't seem to get the camera out quick enough when he's doing cute stuff. And Austyn is busy being little miss popularity. She's never here and when she is she's on the computer IMing people. Anywhoo , we did manage to catch the boy doing something cute. Stay with it. it gets good at the end. the camera actually ran out of batteries or you could have seen and heard more. It's his favorite new game.
