Ok, so we did this really cool thing in West By God Virginia called Via Ferrata. Loosely translated, it's the IRON WAY. Dude, do it the iron way or no way at all. Basically it lets you feel like a big wall climber (think Half Dome in Yosemite) without having to set your own protection. You are attached at all times by a cable bolted into the wall. Very cool. It took us about 4 hours all together plus 4 hours to drive there and back. It was very sweet. Kim Rocked it hard! the bridge was 200 feet long and 150+ off the ground. Sweet.

Austyn follows in Dad's footprints, but where's the speedo?

No clue why it's sideways, but here is one of the highlights of Austyn's swim season. A first place in the 50 Free, which is what her dad used to swim in High School back at old Wheatland Chili Central, home of the Scotsmen. Go team! Rah Rah. I never was good a the cheering. What is that boy doing? AFHV here we come!

We apologize to all friends and family for not posting any vacation photos yet. We've been back at school for two weeks or so and by the time we get back, deal with Cheerleading practices, get dinner for two ravenous kids and get said kids to bed, We're just pooped and haven't had any energy for any blogging. Life in the new millennium I suppose. Boo Hoo Hoo, we are too tired to blog...... Plus, the boy is just too fast. we can't seem to get the camera out quick enough when he's doing cute stuff. And Austyn is busy being little miss popularity. She's never here and when she is she's on the computer IMing people. Anywhoo , we did manage to catch the boy doing something cute. Stay with it. it gets good at the end. the camera actually ran out of batteries or you could have seen and heard more. It's his favorite new game.
